Art Plumbing & Bathroomware International Pty Ltd warrants that Art Plumbing Products & Bounty Bathroomware products will be free from defects for a period of 2 years*.
In addition to this warranty, legislation (including Australian Consumer Law) may give you certain rights which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, this warranty must be read subject to such legislation and nothing in this warranty has the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying those rights. This warranty commences from date of purchase or for new buildings on the date of handover. This warranty only applies to defects which have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship in the Products and does not apply to other defects which may have been caused or contributed to as a result of, without limitation, the following:

If you purchased an Art Plumbing Products or Bounty Bathroomware item and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to the store where you purchased it.
If at any time you are not satisfied with the store’s remedy in relation to your statutory rights or those offered by this Warranty then contact Art Plumbing & Bathroomware International Pty Ltd directly for assistance.

After the installation of your Pop Down® waste, if you find that it does not hold water when closed there may be an installation issue. A simple test can be conducted to see if water is passing around the waste (in the case of an installation fault), or through the waste, which would be a product fault.
To test, close your Pop Down® waste and partially fill your basin with water. If the water empties from the basin but does not empty from the well above the Pop Down® mechanism, it would suggest an installation fault. In this case you would need to call the installing plumber.
If the water empties from the basin and also empties from the well above the Pop Down® mechanism, it would suggest a product fault. In this case, contact us and we will send a replacement mechanism.
